Engineering leader who ships agentic AI systems in the enterprise

I’m Marcus, an Engineering Manager at SAP LeanIX in Bonn, leading a team building agentic AI systems for enterprise architecture management. Before that, I spent eight years at Autodesk, most recently leading 14 engineers across multiple workstreams in C++ CAD kernels, WebAssembly, and real-time 3D graphics, with real deadlines and real customers on the other end.

My career has been built on direct accountability for delivery: named keynote features, customer-facing products, and platform infrastructure other teams depend on. I hold myself to defensible numbers: delivery metrics, cost per outcome, evidence that survives the next budget cycle.

I scale teams by giving them structure: strong leads, explicit decision rights, and clear success metrics. That structure is what lets a team deliver ambitiously and stay healthy at the same time.
